Strogoonoff is a Russian origin dish. It is very easy to make, tasty and it's not too expensive.
This is ideal for groups 6-10 persons.
Ingredients:
-Chicken/turkey meat (number of people times 200 gr)
-Cooking cream (3 for every 6 people)
-Mushrooms (1 small bag or more depending on your taste)
-1 bag of rice or spaghetti
-1 garlic
-salt
-mustard (optional)
Preparation:
-Boil water in a pan (for spaghetti/Rice).
-Slice the meat into small peaces
-Put butter in the frying pan with the some peaces of garlic and wait 1 min to put the meat in it.
-Start cooking the rice/spaghetti, don´t forget to add salt.
-Cook the mushrooms in the same frying pan.
-When the mushrooms are cooked add the cooking cream (and a spoon of mustard) and let it cook for 3min
-After the meat is cooked pour the cream with the mushrooms on top of the meat.
